Documents presented to the commission and things that come to know from any source in the course of the commission's business shall be kept confidential. Such documents and confidential information shall not be published or used as evidence in any court except for the purposes of tax assessment or collection, and no official shall be able to demand inspection or investigation without the permission of the Government of Nepal.
